All content, services, functionality, interaction, and/or communication on CSC is provided with the understanding that CSC does not offer professional advice and services to any persons or entities interacting with CSC. All content and functionality of CSC is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSC make no warranties, express or implied, as to the ownership, accuracy, or adequacy of the site content.

CSC assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content,

personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of CSC,

any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein,

any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from CSC,

any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party, and/or

In no event shall CSC be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your access to and use of CSC, including without limitation any such damages resulting from any:

You specifically acknowledge that CSC shall not be liable for user submissions or for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

CSC is controlled and offered by CSC from its facilities in the USA. CSC makes no representations that CSC is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use CSC from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

CSC may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by CSC. CSC does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third party website from CSC, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and CSC’s Privacy Policy do not extend to and/or apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve CSC from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content. Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on CSC, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CSC, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i)

your use of and access to CSC;

your violation of any term of TCUS;

your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any patent, copyright, property, trade secret or privacy right;

any and all negligence on the part of any and/or all persons and/or entities involved in the use and/or interaction between you & CSC;

and/or any claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a third party.

All defense and indemnification obligations as stated in CSC will survive TCUS and your use of CSC.

CSC’s TCUS, and any rights and licenses granted by and within CSC, may not be assigned, transferred, delegated, and sublicensed by you, but may be assigned, transferred, delegated, and sublicensed by CSC without restriction.

GENERAL
If any provision of TCUS is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of TCUS, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this TCUS shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and CSC’s failure to assert any right or provision under TCUS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. CSC reserves the right to amend or replace any of TCUS, or change, suspend or discontinue CSC (including, without limitation, the availability of any feature or Content) at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Whether or not notice of change is given by CSC, it is your responsibility to review TCUS periodically for any changes. Your continued use of CSC signifies your continuing consent to any changes to TCUS and its revised terms.  You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to CSC must commence within one year after the cause of action initially commenced. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Despite and/or disregarding express or implied conflicts among and/or between the laws of other legal jurisdictions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, The State of Florida, County of Orange.
